Nearly 200 Lebanon Valley College student-athletes were named to the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) Winter and Spring Academic Honor Roll, emphasizing the Flying Dutchmen's commitment to classroom success. Twelve Dutchmen also were named to the Academic All-MAC teams.
The Iowa State University College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Dean's List honors students who were enrolled in at least 12 credit hours and earned a 3.5 grade point average or higher for the term.

Cedar Crest College's Sophomore Expedition is a unique program that allows every sophomore who is in good academic and judicial standing to study abroad during spring break at no extra cost. This year's trip is to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from March 3 to March 11, 2018. Travel, lodging and meals are paid for by an anonymous alum. Minus the cost of a passport and visa, it won't cost students anything beyond their regular semester tuition, room and board, and fees.

Kelly Esslinger to Appear with Kutztown University Marching Unit in Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade
The Kutztown University Marching Unit (KUMU) has been selected as one of 17 bands to appear in the 2015 Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday, Nov. 26, beginning at 8:30 a.m. With 150 members, KUMU is one of two bands from Pennsylvania and the only collegiate band in the parade. Now in its 96th year, the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade is the oldest Thanksgiving parade in the nation. The 1.4-mile parade route ends at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Widener University's Chemistry Club has captured first prize in Chemistry Wars 2014 co-hosted by Temple University and the University of the Sciences. This inaugural competition pitted students from seven area institutions against one another in relay races and challenges that tested their knowledge of chemistry and their ability to work together as a team.
